History of Pajarito brand began in 1956 in a small pantry, selling yerba in bulk in paper bags. Raatz family, founders of the brand, were able to sell 300 bags of yerba to the local people per day.  First years of course required hard work and sacrifice but year after year company grew more and more and now it is a powerful brand capable of producing 30,000 kg of yerba a day.
Pajarito is a high quality product created in a traditional way with respect for the environment. Classic, smoked, deep, even surprisingly intense flavor obtained from carefully selected leaves and stalks of wild Paraguay holly.
It is definitely a gem of Paraguayan yerba, both in terms of taste and quality.
