Yerba mate is traditional south american drink made out of leaves, stems and twigs of Ilex paraguariensis plant. It has incredible benefits for your mind and body. You can ready more in our blog and to be honest you should because Yerba is sooo exiting and sooo much better than coffee
Like with everything, the best is to start from the beginning 🙂 but if you don’t feel like to than start from buying your own holly bush and naming it George 😉
Jokes aside bombilla is an absolute “must have”, it alowes you to drink Yerba without having to pick out leaves from between your teeth.
